The arts have always been a part of Akjan’s life. A former Russian ballet dancer, after
performing around the world a few decades, Akjan joined Gianfranco’s team and continued a
new chapter in his creative life and started with Gianfranco as an assistant. It was at that time
when Akjan became inspired by the new career path.
Akjan’s reputation of creating cutting-edge, fashion forward styles have allowed him to work
with some of the city’s most prominent socialites, business executives, and entrepreneurs.
His passion towards the industry has enabled him to participate in some of the most
prestigious hair events around the globe.
As the Executive Director, Akjan works closely with Gianfranco on the strategy and direction of
the business.
